Pastor John and his wife Sandy started Meadow Spring in June 1998. His passion is to lead Meadow to be a refreshing difference in reaching those who do not have a church home or have been disillusioned by the traditional church.

Nathan comes to Meadow with a great voice, great skill, a great vision and most of all a real heart for reaching and connecting with people - especially those who do not attend church.  Nathan's heart and passion for worship are infectious. Nathan and his wife Quezia live in Eden Prairie.

Judah began his ministry at Meadow in January 2024. His passion and energy for teenagers is off-the-chart! He leads our ministry to teens in Grades 6-12. Judah and his wife Lydia come from the Brainerd area and currently live in Eden Prairie.

Randi began her ministry at Meadow Spring in July 2022. She leads our ministry to kids in nursery through Grade 5 and has a mile-high vision! Randi lives in Shakopee with her two kids and cousin. 

Tara began her ministry at Meadow Spring in June 2023 and is gifted in organization and administration to keep the church and staff on point. Tara lives in Shakopee with her husband Shane, their four kids, dog, and chickens.
