Is it possible the Sunday Mind Dump might be returning? … Who knows. :)
Good morning at Meadow. Attendance was strong. People were great. Worship was authentic.
Offering? Well…not so good. Not so good at all.
2nd Sunday of “Parenting 2.0”. Challenging words about who’s really in charge in the home.
Thinking of retiring my chucks. I know. Drastic move. But I think they have served their time well.
Really enjoy meeting those who come for the first time and getting to know those who are newer to Meadow. Meadowites - new and old - are so awesome!
I’ve been reading 1 Chronicles in my quiet time. The challenge of letting God fight the battle and depend on Him for the victory continues to surface in my life.
I’m becoming more and more like my dad (which I don’t mind) in that the best time for me to spend alone with God and His Word is in the middle of the night.
This week I start writing my Christmas teaching series called “Like a Child” where we will be going back to some of the simplicity of faith in God.
We’re working on some gargantuan goals and objectives for Meadow surrounding the remodeling of our building. You’ll hear more and more about all of it over the next few months.
How’s the daily 5:11 prayer time for Meadow going? I’m finding myself actually praying more often than just at 5:11 PM for Meadow. More than I have in the past.
We’ve really got some great momentum going at Meadow. No doubt God is moving and blessing our ministry and vision.
Leadership Team meeting tomorrow night. I totally love meeting with these men and women and talking ministry at Meadow.
Christmas Eve Services are set. We’re holding three @ 3:00, 4:00, & 5:00.
I’m still amazed at how God has led Meadow and moved so many mountains in our ministry over the last 20 years. God is so good.
What am I praying for for Meadow? If I told you, you would call me crazy.
Jeremy & Chrissy really knocked it out of the park this morning with their story…so real, so refreshing, so focused on Jesus.
Friday’s movie night was PACKED!!
Next family movie night is Friday, November 30. We’ll be showing “The Star” to help kick-off the Christmas season at Meadow.
