What were some of your take homes from today at Meadow? What or how did God move in your heart and life?
Got a couple personal issues I'm fighting. I'd appreciate your prayers.
Tomorrow I'm starting an in-depth personal study of Romans. Need to feed my soul with some gem digging.
No...I don't actually iron my socks.
As some of you know, I recently accepted a position as a volunteer chaplain with the Carver County Sheriff Department. This past week I spent some time observing in the 911 Dispatch Center. My appreciation for these dispatchers has been elevated a million times because of all they handle.
Need to start mowing my lawn. It's that time of year again.
Vision '17 Teams are starting to meet. Totally pumped for what they will be organizing and implementing!
I'm cleaning out my personal library - going digital. Commentaries, encyclopedias, books...all up for giving away. Let me know if you want to take a look at them. Whatever is not taken, I will be donating to a college library.
I watched the service video from last week and realized what a great tool our video taped services are for letting others know about Meadow (and ultimately about Jesus.). And all you have to do is "share" the video to your Facebook page.
This week's volunteer champion is Katie Mitchum. She is a real champion in Meadow Kids and totally loves those kids and throws her whole heart and soul into it. Thank you Katie. Meadow wouldn't be Meadow without you!
