• No doubt today is a day of extreme highs and lows.
  • Totally PUMPED that one person received Jesus this morning at Meadow!
  • Totally heart-broken at the shooting at First Baptist in Sutherland Springs, Texas where at least 20 people have been killed and many more wounded.
  • This world, this country needs Jesus so badly.
  • Might want to listen to my message again from a few weeks ago - "Why Do Bad Things Happen to Good People"? Here's the LINK.
  • Band totally knocked it out of the park today with the music and worship!
  • That new song is now one of my favorites! Awesome lyrics and awesome music!
  • Both services were full. Felt good! Attendance average is increasing at a very healthy rate.
  • Had a great meeting this past week to plan the 2018 budget (yes, budget meetings CAN be good at Meadow!)
  • Couple things in the works that could totally and absolutely blow up (in a good way) our vision and mission of guiding people into a refreshing relationship with Jesus!
  • We are living in exciting times as Meadow Spring Church!
  • I really enjoyed "Who Needs God?"
  • Next three weeks we are focusing on prayer with "The Art of Hearing God". We'll be looking at various practical elements and disciplines we can put into practice to raise the praying and hearing God factor of our lives.
  • Got a spot above my eye that the Dr. needs to cut out - tomorrow. Looking forward to getting it fixed. Not looking forward to the minor surgery.
  • Started a weekly Facebook Live this past week. Gonna spend a few weeks on "How to Know God's Will" then on to other subjects. Tuesday night at 9:00 PM. How do you feel about this time?
  • Wednesday night's class on the Gospel of John is gaining momentum. Good study. Digging out some real treasures from Scripture.
  • Church maintenance day is this next Saturday. Got some "to dos" to take care of. Come join us - even for an hour or so.
  • I would appreciate your prayers this week - busy week with meetings (all great meetings with amazing implications and potential). Totally need God's wisdom.
  • The best days are still ahead!
  • Later.
