Our Purpose

We exist to guide you and your family into a refreshing relationship with Jesus Christ. This comes from Acts 3:19 which says, "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord."

Our Values

  • Reaching, through culturally relevant methods, those who are disinterested and dissatisfied in church.
  • Encouraging people to be Christ-like through Biblical teaching.
  • Creating a strong community of Christ-followers who actively serve, support, and pray for each other.
  • Coming together to celebrate the greatness of God.
  • Pursuing excellence in all we do with the resources God gives us.

Our Vision

Our vision comes straight out of our purpose to guide you and your family into a refreshing relationship with Jesus. We will be a church which accepts everyone where they are but loves them too much to not see them experience and live a vibrant, refreshing relationship with Jesus. We will be a church which seeks to connect and reach those who have grown disillusioned by the traditional church. We will be a church where community is priority and no one is just a number. We will be a church which attracts people to Jesus.

Our Leadership

We have a Governing Board which oversees our doctrine and staff, and advises on large projects and endeavors.

We have a staff leadership team comprised of John Laeger (Lead Pastor), Nathan Tournear (Worship Pastor),  Randi Randall (Director of MeadowKIDS), and Tara Larson (Administrative Assistant). The staff leadership team is responsible for the day to day operation of Meadow.

Our Community Missions

We are the hands and feet of Jesus in our local community through four ministries all focused on assisting those who are in need or experiencing homelessness. These ministries are Feed My Starving Children, Love INC, Simpson House, and His House.

Our World Missions

We partner with two cross-cultural missions reaching across the globe. We support Live Dead Mission which plants churches among unreached people groups, and we support Pete Young, missionary pilot in Africa.
